The 2012 Champagne Mandois Cuvée Victor Brut has a nose reminiscent of citrus, grapefruit, gooseberries, nuts and vanilla. In the mouth it shows a very dense, multi-faceted fruit complexity, a mineral underpinning,a fine dosage with a lot of depth and spicy underlying wood nuances. Citrusy notes appear again and again, ending in a fine tart finish with tremendous length.
