Tasting Profile

On the nose, expect expressive aromas of blackberry, black cherry, cassis and blueberry, accompanied by floral notes of violet and spring flowers, with layers of graphite, cedar, tobacco, dark chocolate and spicy oak. The palate is medium to full-bodied, concentrated and layered, with succulent dark fruit framed by fine yet powerful tannins. A distinctive chalky minerality and vibrant acidity provide freshness and tension, while the long, persistent finish reveals dark berries, graphite and subtle saline nuances.
